Dan is overtly confident in himself. He prides himself in doing amazing things, making him think that no one is better than him; 'I AM THE BEST', as he believes until a new classmate, Thomas joined the class.
ALEXINE: As parents, we're often guilty of making our children believe that they are THE BEST. When they interact with other children, they will come to realize that they are not the best in everything, and sometimes that's hard to accept. I like that this book is a reality check for parents as well.
ADRIANA: My classmates and I have different talents and it's fun for us to learn from each other. Everyone's different.
