What does it feel like to lose one's home?

On October 2019, three earthquakes struck the province of Cotabato on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines. These earthquakes were above 6.0 on the magnitude scale. The shaking of the ground resulted in landslides. Many buildings were severely damaged and destroyed. People lost their homes, thus affecting around 175,000 children and youth. With nowhere to live, they resorted to begging for rice, water, clothes, and medicines in the streets. A lot of children were traumatized. This story is dedicated to al the children who had to live in tents and under tarpaulins for many months.
