ALEXINE: I am Visayan so I grew up terrified of tiktiks. Reading this story brings back all my fears BUT it is also a brilliant and modern approach to several difficult topics. Other than the obvious fear of monsters, it tackles acceptance, courage, bullying and even promotes becoming a vegetarian.
ADRIANA: I will only read this story again during daytime.
